| Newtek Supply guarantees all products shown on this website for a period of six (6) months from the date the item was purchased. We will either repair or replace any product that proves defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any defects arising from misuse, mishandling, abuse, accident, natural disaster, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly. The warranties only cover repair or replacement of defective Newtek Supply distributed products. Newtek is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of Newtek products. |

To obtain warranty service, you must follow Newtek RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines when returning a defective product. You must first obtain an RMA form from our website and complete the requested information before sending back any defective parts. You will be asked to include all product identification information, such as labels, bar code stickers with serial number, and proof of purchase (invoice number). This must be done through email (fax accepted only if no email service is available). Upon receiving your RMA request, Newtek will issue an RMA number for items authorized for return. The completed RMA form must be attached to the returned goods with the RMA number written on BOTH the form and outside of package box. NO return products will be accepted without the above described requirements. Newtek RMA dept. will verify the goods against RMA form and reply to customers within 48 hours for any discrepancy.
