Newtek backs every item we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you’re not completely satisfied with any product simply call for an RMA# and return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full credit.*

 

* In order to receive full credit, returned item must be in new, resalable condition.  Product must have all accessories, instruction manuals, and be free of price tags and/or markings.

 

Warranty Policy:

 

All items sold by Newtek are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1-year.  Contact your sales rep. if you require product specific warranty information.  As a service to our customers products deemed to be defective within 90-days of purchase from Newtek (invoice number and purchase date required) may be returned directly to Newtek for credit or replacement (at Newtek’s discretion).  Items deemed to be defective after 90-days must be returned directly to the manufacturer.  Please contact your sales rep. if you would like assistance with manufacturers return address and/or proof of purchase invoices.

 

Returns:

 

All returns require a signed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. A blank RMA form is located

under the Download Forms button on our website. Please print out, complete, and fax the form to us at

805-306-5933. Once approved, a signed RMA form with an Authorization # will be faxed back to the dealer. All returns must have…

 

1.)     RMA Authorization # clearly printed on the outside of the box.

2.)     A signed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form inside the box.

3.)     All RMA’s must be sent pre-paid (freight collects will be refused) to Newtek at the following address;

Important Return Information:

 

1.) Defective product can be returned to Newtek within 90-days of purchase (90-days are determined by the invoice date in which the item was purchased by the reseller from Newtek). Defective products returned to Newtek within 90-days of sale will be replaced, repaired, or credited at Newteks discretion.

 

2.) After 90-days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer.  Please contact your sales rep. if you would like assistance with manufacturers return address and/or proof of purchase invoices.

 

3.) Items showing signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.

 

4.) Non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee if they are returned in new, resalable

condition. Item must be in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Items returned with missing parts, accessories, manuals, etc... will be assessed an additional 15% remanufacturing fee.
